Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 7 days from the date of delivery. Rosewood needles are exempt from the above policy and are guaranteed for life (please contact us for replacement policy). If an item is received damaged or if we send an incorrect item to you, please contact Customer Support immediately 802-362-3151 or e-mail email@example.com.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
Return Policy for In-Shop Purchases
Returns are for store credit only, and must be accompanied by a receipt, within 4 months.
No returns on needles, books, patterns, buttons, notions, sale items, knitted items, or yarns that have been opened or wound.
